Stanford J. Gibson Primary School is committed to academic excellence and parental involvement. We have an approximate enrollment of 540 students in grades pre-kindergarten through second. We offer multiage, looping and traditional classrooms. We have class sizes that range from 17 to 25 students and are staffed by our 47 teachers. Our curricula are aligned with the New York State Learning Standards and the majority of our day is spent engaged in literacy activities. We provide music, art, physical education, computer, library, counseling, physical and occupational therapy, speech and language, and health and wellness services. We use a collaborative design with our reading and special education services.

Our school has a safe and friendly atmosphere and we welcome our parents and community members. Gibson is a great place to be!
