Registration
If you have a child who will turn five years old on
or before December 1, 2007, it is time to register
them for school. Please call Joyce Myers at 334-1600
ext. 5422 to register.
Parents and/or guardians of new students entering the
Norwich City School District must complete a registration
process prior to the student(s) attending classes.
To
obtain information regarding the registration process,
please call Joyce Myers at (607) 334-1600, ext. 5422
between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through
Friday. In addition, Mrs. Myer's office is located
at the Eaton Center, Conkey Ave. entrance, 4th floor
offices of the Norwich City School District.

The following documents need to be presented
at time of registration:
*Birth
Certificate |
*Immunization
record |
*Proof
of residency, which can be one of the following:

A current driver's license with your legal name
and current address
b. Cover page from a mortgage agreement with the
property location and buyers (new owners) names
indicated
c. A current rent receipt with your rental property's
location, landlords name, address and telephone
number on it
d. A voter's registration card |
*If
applicable, court ordered physical placement/custody
provisions for said children/child |
