It is the function of the Buildings and Grounds Department to provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for the students of the District.

The Norwich City School District is made up of six distinct sites: Stanford Gibson Primary School (Grades pre-K - 3), Perry Browne Intermediate School (Grades 4-6), Norwich Middle Schools (Grades 7 - 8), Norwich High School (Grades 9-12), the Bus Garage/Maintenance Department and the District Offices.
