our Community …
The Norwich City School District is located in Chenango
County approximately forty miles north of Binghamton
and forty-five miles south of Utica. The City School
District was created in 1954 through consolidation
of twenty-one common school districts with that of
the City of Norwich. We are one of seven City-Central
